Not so good
Client Service Manager (Former Employee) –  Dallas, TXJune 21, 2016
TR is a place that is very stressful and the staff makes things no better. The management isn't all that great at the locations I worked for. Now far as the other locations I'm not too sure about due to I've only worked for three locations of the company being St. Louis, Dallas and Fort Worth locations. This is a great company overall, just not lead by the right lower management teams or lower staff.

Bibliographic Information Systems Specialist (Former Employee) –  OnlineJanuary 20, 2014
Immediate management was excellent. Go an echelon above, however, and you have no visibility. There is the feeling that nobody knows what you do or why it is valuable. Laid off five days before Christmas! Thanks a lot!

Corporate Enterprise Specialist (Current Employee) –  Eagan, MNAugust 27, 2012
This organization as a whole is run well, however the Inside Sales group is constantly changing and evolving. Upper management has a clear picture of the day-to-day necessities, but can be jaded. I have had extensive personal and professional growth throughout my tenure. I love working with my customers and co-workers!
