The days started later than bankers hours, so there was always time in the morning to excersice, shower, eat, then wander into the office on time. The team members were some of the brightest people I've worked along-side. All of them eager to help or listen or review. Middle management fostered some sort of in-fighting/pecking-order and played favorites.
