Overall job is great and you can learn a lot. The job is very stressful at times talking to customers that don't know what they are doing or get what you are telling them. The is a nice break-room, with a Foosball table and vending machines. Very casual atmosphere and great people working there. Management could use some work on things and the higher ups need to be purged and get better leaders. I personally learned a lot about computers, that I didn't know form the vast knowledge that I had known previous to working here.
