Three Scale Strategy is a Columbus-based mapping company that is seeking a highly motivated healthcare sales specialist to take part in a national sales campaign to all 5,000 hospitals, featuring the marketing of a variety of interactive healthcare and hospital campus maps, which are anticipated to grow immensely over the next 5-10 years.

Executive must know all information about company’s product offering and services as well as the ongoing R&D efforts. Executive is responsible in informing potential buyers on product offerings and services via conference calls, online meetings and in-person meetings. Inside sales positions require the executive to make cold calls to companies that may be interested in the product.

Executive is also responsible for developing relationships with clients and maintaining contact.
Employees who hold these positions are responsible for presentations of their products to clients.
Sometimes these presentations are in the form of conferences and use audio-visual equipment to display different aspects of the product.

Persons who exhibit proven software sales experience selling to hospitals and hospital systems (2-3 years) will merit the highest consideration.

Candidates must have a proven track record of success in selling within a hospital setting.

Must be self-motivated and passionate about selling healthcare solutions, and able to manage time effectively. Knowledge of budget planning process helpful.

Candidates must work well with a marketing/sales team and have excellent communication skills (both written and oral) and presentation skills.

Individuals must also have experience with Microsoft Office, Sales Force, and the ability to learn basic technological capabilities of interactive maps.

The best candidates will possess excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.

Candidate must be proficient in cold calling/lead generation, face-to-face sales, phone ups and follow-up correspondence.

Attendance at trade shows, conventions, networking events and other related lead generating seminars may be needed.

Candidate must have a proven track of strong negotiating skills and problem solving skills.

Candidate must have a successful sales track record.

Candidate must be driven to succeed with little to no supervision.
