Treating everyone fairly. Making sure people are doing their jobs and holding them accountable. Making sure that people are paid more for the work that they do. Hiring more staff at a decent rate.

Raises do not occur every year. I have been with Thresholds for 9 years. I can recall two small cost of living increases and one small raise based on a salary readjustment study. There are no performance based raises. The raise issue is a major problem at Thresholds and one of the reasons workers are trying to unionize.
