I worked there as a summer temp on the Recall Line. It was a decent enough position for a first job. The 4 people in my small department were paid minimum wage and were a little inundated at some points, but otherwise I had no complaints. The Oracle computer system was a little bug-ridden at times, but other than that, it was your run of the mill, repetitive 9-5 job.
I would not have minded working there in regular Customer Service, however, as they treat their long term employees fairly well.
