Customer Service Representative- Recall Line (Former Employee) – Seymour, CT – March 5, 2012
I worked there as a summer temp on the Recall Line. It was a decent enough position for a first job. The 4 people in my small department were paid minimum wage and were a little inundated at some points, but otherwise I had no complaints. The Oracle computer system was a little bug-ridden at times, but other than that, it was your run of the mill, repetitive 9-5 job. I would not have minded working there in regular Customer Service, however, as they treat their long term employees fairly well.
Not saying (Former Employee) – Seymour, ct – March 18, 2015
Little to no training or support. I learned nothing of value my time there. Management is completely out of touch with the employees. Some upper management are even very rude and disrespectful.
There is no transparency at all throughout the company and all information is so secretive it actually keeps you from fulfilling some of your job requirements. At times i was also made to feel dumb for asking any questions.
The corporate office in Sweden really needs to take a hard look at their operations in America, and most importantly, clean up some of their higher level positions int the US. it would probably be a good place to work if you were in sales, marketing, or product development. Any other role, it is a career dead end and not even worth your time.
