Duties include answering telephone call inquiries, promoting products and services, and setting a high volume of appointments. Requires an associate's degree or 2 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a call center environment. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks. Reports to a supervisor or manager. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
Annual Compensation: $31,200-$57,200
