This small US office, consisting of about 18 people, is the fledgling North American branch of a much larger French company. Most colleagues have a pleasant demeanor and are easy to get along with. The logistics world offers a lot to learn if you're seeking intellectual stimulation.
However, there is very heavy turnover of these few employees and the organization itself is scrambling to cope. At the time if writing, there are few left who have the necessary tenure to properly train new inductees. As a result, responsibilities are assigned flippantly with no recognition to title or compensation.
That said, there is still hope for this company, it's just in dire need of a serious overhaul.
