Property Manager, KS - December 7, 2015
Worked here as a PM. Staff were given the ok to constantly go over supervisors head by DM causing a lot of tension. Many months with out either any leasing or maintenance staff. The average work week became 60-70 hrs per week leaving absolutely no work/balance if you have a family. Reports will tie up the bulk of your day and are redundant. Since no maintenance was there being on call 24-7 is required. Only somewhat exciting part was management conferences as they add a little bit of replenishment to it, but even then you're in seminars from 7am til 8pm. Other than that be prepared to be grossly underpaid according to industry standards and extremely over worked. I made the right decision in moving on.
