The Company provides MRO services through its subsidiaries, Triad International Maintenance Corporation – more... (known in the industry as TIMCO), BRICE Manufacturing Company (Brice), TIMCO Engineered Systems and TIMCO Engine Center (TEC). TIMCO, through its four active locations, provides aircraft heavy maintenance services and aircraft storage and line maintenance services. Brice specializes in the manufacturing and sale of new aircraft seats and aftermarket parts and in the refurbishment of aircraft interior components. TIMCO Engineered Systems provides engineering services both to the Company's MRO operations and its customers. TEC refurbishes JT8D engines and performs on-wing repairs for both JT8D and CFM-56 series engines.
