Major issues here and staff is traumatized. Work conditions are unrealistic and certain positions are like a revolving door. Since Time has taken over there are people holding key positions that have no understanding of the audience they are communicating with. STAY AWAY unless you like pain.

You do not want to work for Time Warner Dispatch in Cleveland. They do not know how to treat employees. As far as supervisors the two lady supervisors are good and will treat you with some respect as far as Mr. Stoves he is pompus, arogant, and clueless... He should never have became a supervisor he has no idea how to do his job and should have been fired along time ago... So basically the only perk there is the free cable... Best of luck to everyone

Hello,
So i went on an interview about two days ago... With time warner. It was for a customer service/sales position. I feel like the interview went ok.. and i say ok bc the manager that was asking questions just didn't seem like she knew what she was doing. At the end, she had me sit outside for a few mins.. then she came back and walked me to the exit saying someone would contact me. I'm kind of wondering if anyone who's applied for this position before, knows how this works out..how are the applicants chosen and how soon, if you got the position.. would they call to inform you?

I started following jobs posted by Turner involving Music Licensing around October of last year. The same exact two or three positions have been popping up daily since then. I have all the credentials and I believe my resume is decent enough to get a call back. But..nothing. And there's no contact info for an HR person or anything like that available.
I don't see any point in continuing to send my resume in if they're just going to ignore it. Are they really looking for people for these positions or not?

TSG unit---bad news.
Politics more than I have seen in a dozen years.
Backstabbing.
People walking all over you
Hard unless you come from cable industry or transfer internally.
IT work in TSG is hard.
I met some nice people there but also saw a dozen leave and come back to another division of TW.
