Benefits OK, but time off not sufficient. And use or lose policy not realistic with small amount of leave time available to begin with.
The customer service reps seem to be forgotten due to revenue/income fixation of upper management members, who brag about record breaking years yet the employee base sees no benefit.
Advancement options few and, raises scarce, and regular review for possible raises are regularly forgotten or just skipped.
