We are looking for a bright and efficient individual to perform duties as an Admin/Accounting Assistant for a painting and custom finish company. Knowledge of construction is not required, but preferred. Bilingual in Spanish/English is extremely helpful.
Candidate must be able to multi-task, pose excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, QuickBooks, Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and the Internet necessary.
This position requires the individual to be extremely organized and detailed oriented.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Customer service; scheduling, administrative functions, filing, data entry, typing proposals, letters, preparing various reports when needed, property management, incoming phone calls and follow up.
This is a temporary to hire position, depending on performance. Must be able to work Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
