We don't compete with our agents; we send them all referrals and encourage them to refer transactions to each other. Corporate Structure/Management Philosophy: Title Resources Guaranty Company was founded in 1984 by a group of title insurance agency owners for the purpose of providing better service to independent title insurance agents. Today, we still compete on that basis - service to agents. We are a privately held corporation owned by a small number of investors, each of whom is either a title insurance agent or a former owner of a title insurance agency. Our management team has many years experience in the industry and remains actively involved in local, state and national professional and trade organizations assuming leadership roles in the ALTA and in several state land title associations.
