Work/Life Balance, high profile clientele on multi-site and multi-State Transaction
National Commercial Escrow Officer, Detroit, MI - August 5, 2015
A typical day at work can be very stressful with numerous incoming emails and phone calls, it can be difficult to fully complete a task or assignment before being pulled onto another task or issue. The hardest part of the job is the constant re-prioritization of the needed tasks or assignments along with maintaining the ability to multi-task and remain detailed oriented. It is also difficult to maintain a healthy work/life balance with working 40+ hours per week. The most enjoyable part of the job is the satisfaction when a transaction is successfully completed. I have learned how to close multi-site, multi-State real estate transactions. I have also refined my skills on managing high profile clientele. I have also learned about the different types of endorsements available to a final title insurance policy along with the ability to make underwriting decisions.
