I worked 40 hours a week and some weekends. I would log into the intranet and automatically the system was set up to dial customers on past due accounts. I would collect money to pay towards the past due amount or interrupt customer's cell phone service. I learned alot about phone towers, cell phones and different manufactories. I worked with a great – more...  team of management and co-workers whom I learned alot from. The hardest part of the job was disrupting service on customer's accounts who had a legit excuse of why they cannot pay this time. Event planning requires you have a working relationships eithewr client or vendor ,to take care of the said event. The day will vary based on whatever the event is ,The management is very helpful ,I learn alot on decorating and time efficient ways to make the events happen for the customer.
