Its a fast paced work place, schedules suck even though its cool to get 40+ hours a week. The management team is ok some are helpful and knowledgeable. getting use to the hours is hard cause your all over the place.
Pros
getting 40+ hours
Cons
getting use to your schedule since your all over the place

Registered Nurse (Former Employee) –  Kokomo, INSeptember 12, 2017
I worked there before it became a part of Community. The manager for the floor had a lot to learn. I don't think she ever actually worked the floor prior to becoming a manager

Customer Service Agent (Former Employee) –  Roseburg, OR 97470September 6, 2017
Management is horrible. Benefits are rare and extremely costly when they are given. No paid vacation until you reach 3 years of employment. Management picks and chooses which policies to enforce on which agents by preferential treatment. Employee support and morale is very low. Management tries to make "mandatory" shift changes for agents during the shift that they are currently working. (Sometimes they will give you a notice the day before and tell you that it is "mandatory.")
Pros
The option for 401k
Cons
Everything else

Handle sales and customer service calls (Current Employee) –  Roseburg, ORSeptember 2, 2017
TMS is a crazy and fun place to work. If you can handle working with a very diverse employee set. They are very lenient with days needed off but the schedule is never consistent. You never know when your days off are till the Friday before. The environment is fun and relaxed yet very busy. Some of their policies break state employee rights laws but we just turn the other way as not to notice in order to keep our jobs.
Pros
Get to talk on the phone all day
Cons
Never know when you are getting off work.

Sales Rep/CS Rep (Former Employee) –  435 Ne Casper St Roseburg, OR 97471March 9, 2017
TMS provides inbound telemarketing services for several accounts you hear about on the television, radio, and more. They have setup 'upsells' that grant 75 cents or more for the agent depending on how much the customer is willing to spend which can add up for the agent at the end of the month. While room for advancement was slim to none the company was able to provide a couple of benefits to their employees.

TELEPHONE AGENT (Former Employee) –  Roseburg, ORFebruary 23, 2017
The company does a lot of telemarketing off of tv. If you do not like doing sales this is not the place for you. They have a quota every month for sales and it is pretty high up there. They do keep you working all the time.
Pros
Very busy all the time

Not very personal with there employess and no benefits24

Bad company to work for!
Sales and Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) –  Roseburg, ORDecember 2, 2016
This is a company that does not care for its employees. Much like corrupt politicians, they are charitable in the community and put on a good show of being caring and proactive in the community. But the reality is that they overwork and overstress employees, withhold commission from specific companies meant to go to employees, and avoid toe-ing the line when it comes to OSHA standards. High pressure sales all day, barely a chance to catch one's breath between phone calls and meager compensation. There are a handful of great employees and caring managers, but in the end, it is not worth working here unless you have NO OTHER OPTION. They do hire felons, so...
Pros
Once in a while the CEO buys lunch for everyone.
Cons
Overpriced insurance, non-matching 401K and zero other benefits.

Agent (Former Employee) –  Roseburg, OR 97470November 5, 2016
You learn a lot about answering phones, placing orders, and taking down information. You also get yelled at by customers, get called horrible names, have little chance of advancement unless you are friends with the owner/bosses family.

Technical Support (Current Employee) –  Fishers, INOctober 27, 2016
It's a cool company to start with but do not make a career out of it because they do not give pay raises and the benefits may as well be non existent .
The pay is a slap in the face for someone with a degree. But if you can climb the corporate ladder you will be good.

Absolutely horrible for four years.
Sales Agent/Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) –  Roseburg, OROctober 20, 2016
this is the worst company anyone could work for. They do so many illegal things. Bring in coke from Mexico to sell to upper management then have them sell to agents. Clock out to go to the bathroom.. Its disgusting how they treat their agents. They make it known to you that you are replaceable and they thrive off that fear
Pros
+$1/hr of talk time

Clock out to go to the bathroom

Terrible business that likes to steal from employees
Sales Agent/Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) –  Roseburg, OROctober 3, 2016
This business forced their employees to clock out to use the bathroom, up until they were contacted by OSHA recently. Doing this for months definitely adds up to a lot of money taken by the owner.
