Company is out of business, no surprised given the very poor corporate management

Competently and proficiently provided nursing care to home bound ventilator dependent patients, promoted activities of daily living to clients and facilitated home health rapport to family by alleviating worries and concerns of primary care givers and other family members and their loved ones. Their personnel management style was very sincere and engaging. There never seemed to exist a difficult moment on any assignment, as I am not able to recollect any. I would start my day by checking to see what employes showed up for work so I could move people around to make sure that we would have the right number of hours on each project. Then I would walk around and check with every supervisor to make sure that there projects were up and running correctly. I would contact project directors to conduct clients – more... briefings and monitoring of projects. My job was mostly to make sure everyone was doing there jobs correctly and with the crew that I had working for me, my projects would go perfect everyday. At the end of the day I would read over all of my supervisor reports before forwarding them to the project directors. Look over the number of employes that would be working the next day and schedule them for the projects that were needed to be worked on the next day, so that we could meet are hours on every project – less

A typical day at work for me with this job was getting people to do surveys.I've learned to talk to others in a kind manner so they would listen to why i was calling.

The company itself is good to work for. There was little supervision needed so the overall success of the contract was left to the managers and supervisors to actually do our job. I managed three full time employees and one on-call person as I needed for the overall success of the contract.The best part of the job was learning government policies and – more... proper procedures that I can apply in my future jobs. I love TNS and everyone I work with but they are having a hard time competing right now. That said, I expect them to turn it around soon. The work-life balance is second to none and you work with some truly talented and wonderful people.

This jobs biggest assets are it's benefits. The raises are a portion of your daily intake, and management doesn't make that much either.
But it does have it's job security and very little chance of just being let go for no reason.
Management does try to liven things up with little events outside of work assignments, but it is a production company, so – more... you still have deadlines – less

Check e-mail for client/team communications and deal with any questions/problems. Check progress of surveys online or CATI. Check progress of client surveys being prepared to launch and those that are finished and deliverables are on time. Deliver final results to clients.

This was a great job for many years. The people I worked with made it the best place ever.

In a typical day at TNS Intersearch workers conducted surveys/ interviews over the phone.

I had a wonderful staff. We all worked together as a team. Very fun and productive, met alot of new and great people

• calling people either at their work or home to conduct interviews
• I learned how to deal professionally and politely to individuals and deescalate aggressive situations
• management was mediocre, some were good and others were bad. It was such a large company there were dozens of managers.
• Co-workers are great, I met a lot of people who I am still – more... friends with until this day. The company is so large, you find a group of people that works for you.
• the hardest part of the job was dealing with angry people who yell and threat
• the most enjoyable part of the job was meeting new fun people at work and they were very flexible with my hours while I was in University. It paid decent, above minimum wage which is great when you're a student. – less

Its a boring job, but perfect to have as a part time job during your studies.

It has now gone out of business. It was a call centre that did market research.

It was a good job, I enjoyed it for the most part.
A typical day at work would be,coming in sitting down and starting doing the survey interviews over the phone and time just seemed to go by fairly fast. It was quite the easy job.
