Customer Service Rep, Fort Worth, TX - July 26, 2017
I enjoyed working here. I spoke with people I didn't know, but I could identify with their pain. This job allowed me to be me, meaning if I needed to cry with the client over the phone I could. They encouraged us to be as kind as possible. They had already had enough going on the last thing they needed was a rude csr. That was the only job I worked for them. I have nothing else to say.
