Could you find the world of meetings and incentives as exciting as our famed racing cyclists and architecture?
Are you that one-in-a-million person who can turn a marketing plan into sales calls and events? Do you see a budget as a creative challenge rather than a necessary evil? Are you familiar with the trends in the domain of social media and PR?
If so, we want your powers of persuasion and enthusiasm to show travellers from the US and Canada the way to Flanders. We need someone who is entrepreneurial, but remains aware of being one piece of a diverse organisation with 180 employees. Marketing is hard work. We need a communicative person who looks upon conflicts as challenges, and who will coach and lead team members. When things are going well, the manager remains in the background. When things go wrong, that person steps up to the plate. The manager must maintain excellent relations with our partners and the head office - sharing of information and knowledge should be a daily ritual.
