Aggressive compensation package
Responsible for managing and overseeing aspects of a Retail Branch office to meet sales production goals and to insure compliance with Federal, State and Agency guidelines.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (RESPONSIBILITIES):
Originate residential mortgage loans in the same way as a Loan Originator for personal production.
Manage all personnel in a Retail Branch unit, including recruiting, terminating, conflict resolution and motivation.
Manage, coach and motivate a team of Loan Originators to meet sales production goals as set by Upper Management.
Analyze monthly P & L reports to insure branch profitability and immediately take corrective action when necessary to maintain a profitable bottom line.
Develop and train all branch personnel including Office Admin, Processors and Loan Originators.
Analyze and implement policies and procedures to maintain compliance with Federal, State, Agency and private investor guidelines and to assure quality loan production.
Stay abreast of trends and developments in the local real estate market, as well as, changes in the rules and regulations pertaining to all agencies: FNMA, FHA, VA and USDA.
Perform related responsibilities as required or assigned.
· Applicable Federal and State licenses
· Strong oral and written communication skills
· Extensive knowledge of Federal and State regulatory guidelines as well as agency guidelines: FNMA, FHA, VA and USDA
· Must be active in the community and job-related organizations
· Strong sales and marketing skills
· NMLS license required.
· 2+ years of Retail Mortgage Sales Experience.
