Line Cook (Former Employee) –  New York, NYNovember 13, 2017
Just like all restaurants the pay is difficult to maintain for anyone with a real life. The people that work there are extremely knowledgable but you better be ready to work crazy hours for 12 bucks an hour

Fork Lift and Straight Truck Operator (Former Employee) –  windom mnSeptember 28, 2017
. The pay is fair and I worked with a great group of people. The teams are very lean and many people are overworked. However, if you do a poor job you will get rewarded by having your responsibilities piled onto someone else while you keep the same title and pay.

SENIOR DIGITAL SPECIALIST, INTERNATIONAL (Current Employee) –  Bloomington, MNJune 20, 2017
Toro is a MN-nice place to work. The people are great, work/life balance is very good. No crazy hours. Good benefits, good pay.

But, advancement is slow. Product R&D is awesome. IT is not innovative, and is chronically understaffed and under supported.

Assembly Line Worker (Former Employee) –  Beatrice NebraskaOctober 6, 2016
Your day starts off with morning meeting and stretches then it's to the line where its move faster and faster and faster and faster and faster you could pump out anywhere 32 - 52 units a day most of the time you're understaffed. Supervisors play favorites and it is well known who are the favorites and who are not on the line. Most of the other linemen are wonderful people and I enjoyed working with every one of them. The most enjoyable part of the job was seeing the finished product from off the line and working with my hands.
Pros
The pay is excellent during the busy season if you can stand working 6 days a week
Cons
Two 15-minute breaks and no lunch could work up to 10 hours a day

Paint Line Operator (Former Employee) –  Tomah, WIMarch 19, 2016
Good place to work, but having to deal with a woman on the day shift, who was supposed to be training me, was very difficult. She had no clue or the patience to be a trainer in this position.
Other than her, I got along great with everyone else.
Pros
Good people to work with.
Cons
Bad training principles.
