The Family Health Centre at 840 Coxwell Avenue, part of the South East Toronto Family Health Team and the Family Medicine Teaching program affiliated with the University of Toronto,
Mental Health's Community Outreach Services and the Withdrawal Management Centre, both located on Danforth Avenue.
TEGH – more... is a 500-bed facility comprised of acute care, rehabilitation and complex continuing care beds. Annually we admit 20,000 acute care inpatients, deliver 3,500 babies, have 60,000 emergency visits and provide service to over 225,000 outpatients. This is accomplished with the help of 2,500 employees, 400 physicians and over 500 adult and student volunteers.

The only Progressive Weaning Centre in Ontario, which was declared a Centre of Excellence in the Province's Long-Term Ventilation Strategy in September 2007. The regional thoracic surgery program, in partnership with Sunnybrook, that provices thoracic surgery service delivery for patients in the North and South East Toronto communities. The regional Paediatric Centre for South East Toronto providing the high standards of care established by the Child Health Network. Our Special Care Level 2 Nursery is specifically designed to care for fragile babies who require special care and monitoring.
