Pros: decent pay, benefits, cafe on site, recognized brand
Cons: very tight budgets make it tough to get the tools needed for the job
TAIS is a decent place to work with reasonable pay and benefits. The company's culture is average however due to multiple lay offs in the past years you can tell the remaining employees aren't very enthusiastic about the companies future. There are plenty of opportunities to contribute but you may have some difficulties dealing with some of the long timers that are set in their ways. Overall its not a bad place to work as long as you understand working for a Japanese company and in a business that is on the decline in the last few years.
