Vice President & General Manager (Former Employee) – Anonymous – September 25, 2016
Culture has changed for the worse. We once had a family, a tight knit group of hard working employees that loved working together. Decisions starting being made from other locations and slowly are driving it into the ground. Basic decisions starting being made from a different market that killed the spirit and knowledge of how the culture was established. Keeping the culture of any good team is vital and Toshiba lost that.
Toshiba is not doing well, so even if YOU have a great year, they will try to cut YOUR pay in order to help THEM out.

Company is expanding which calls for more on the admin group,a/r dept, service tech but will not hire more help, company could be a success if they worked as a team and got better management in place that are professional and care about the team as well
Account Exec are the only ones that make the money
poor management, heavy work load, low pay, major turn over, no room for growth
Customer Service Manager (Former Employee) – King of Prussia, PA – September 7, 2016
While working with Toshiba I dealt with established customers, I would also receive all issues and disperse them to the proper admin team, track and maintain responsibility for the tasks to be completed in a proper time frame. Job was amazing, I learned a lot.
Each day was filled with new faces to meet and new needs to provide for in potential customers. Building relationships and bonds was the most fun and difficult at the same time. Being able to be mobile and free to move about was good for one's frame of mind.
Toshiba Business Solutions is an ok company to work for. Leadership is mostly involved in the day to day operations however, they answer to a corporate office that is run by accountants. They don't have much of an idea what the sales reps on the street are really up against.
Corporate (Current Employee) – Irvine, CA – April 15, 2016
Don't be surprised if this company is sold off in the next round of restructuring due to the global accounting scandal. Several Toshiba subsidiaries are currently under a US Dept of Justice probe, though the specific entities have not been identified. There is considerable internal chaos and infighting among middle and upper management. Employees are to be seen and not heard.
Unconventional perks like concerts, golf tornaments, etc.
Long hours, management culture, lies about benefits to get you in the door, financially unstable parent companies, and much more
