Our CEO Joe Kaplan and others have done races for the cure, earthquake relief, tsunami relief, food banks, charity drives, shelter drives, and helped Habitat for Humanity build houses for Veterans.
We find most companies may boast that they are an amazing place to work, but we actually are. The sheer workforce says it all, some employees have been with our CEO for over 10 years and some up to 20. That's incredible! We at Total believe in our employees, we believe if they are at their best they will be the best. We are passionate and committed to our employees, we believe they do not need a dress code, or standardized work space. They need colors, and stand up desks and crazy balls; cool spaces to work in! We need them to have their meditation room, the gym on site, frozen yogurt days, BBQ lunches with beer and wine. Socials every month, mixers, fun bowling and or picnics.
