Good place to work but really Bad Management
Banker (Former Employee), Coral Gables, FLMarch 13, 2015
Pros: trainings, certifications and workshops paid by the company
Cons: people in higher position with little knowledge
Excellent working environment , excellent team of professionals.
The hardest part of the job was the volume I was not able to perform my best due to work overflow. Too little personnel for such complicated task.
Human resources team is very good but sometimes unfair treating employees different according to their personal influences with management, sometimes will allow some employees to disrespect others and no action would be taken just because is "friend of" .
The most enjoyable part of work was the lunch time, employees events, etc. Really nice people!

Portfolio Manager (Former Employee), Coral Gables, FLJanuary 20, 2015
It's a good bank, excellent to learn, challenging task. However Managements is really bad, you are not judge by your hard work or talent but because of personal influences, etc. Frustrating!

It was great working at TotalBank. Although it is a small bank, they ensure all their employees receive the appropriate training necessary to meet and exceed their customer's expectations.

Relationship Banker II - Full-Time (Former Employee), North Miami, FLJanuary 8, 2014
Pros: good pay and hours, healthcare
Cons: n/a
A typical day at work would consist of customer service. I have learned to ask questions to be better able to assist the customers. Management was not the best with getting back to clients. The hardest part of the job was getting clients approved for loans. The most enjoyable part of the job was being able to assist customers and providing excellent customer service along with products which benefited them.

Data Entry Clerk (Temp Assignment) (Former Employee), Miami, FLAugust 15, 2012
This was a temporary assignment where I had to input safety deposit box data for bank clients into Excel and make sure that the information on the system and in the books matched.
