Assisted customers who placed order on a flash sale website. Targeted audience was mothers therefore most conversations were brief and needed to be straight to the point, had to understand a mothers time is precious. I learned a lot about the trials and errors of a star up company. Shipping was a major company problem and keeping the customer satisfied should be any companies main goal. Worked with great young smart people, however management was not easily accessible. Superior environment was created amongst office, although the atmosphere with other reps directly was relaxed and supportive. Most enjoyable part of the day was speaking with new moms and being able to fix the customers dilemma.
