This place is about as bad as it gets. As others have already mentioned, C-level executives, and just about everyone else above an agent, are rude, unapproachable, and uncaring. They have not a care in the world that chat agents are constantly disrespected, belittled, and, of course, have sinking morale. There is no management to speak of. And don't even think about room for growth, because there is none. If hired as a chat agent, that is where you will stay until you finally get fed up with all the tomfoolery and leave.
There is absolutely nothing good to say about working at TouchCommerce. Employees constantly argue with one another, management is absolutely horrid and salaries are below the industry standard. Benefits are seriously lacking also.

Terrible culture, upper management treats the rest of the employees very poorly and looks down on them. They are just blatantly rude and arrogant. The services provided have not evolved much over the years and advancement and growth opportunities are pretty much non existent. Absolutely nothing positive to say about this company.

This company is the most disorganized that I've ever worked for. There is no structure and employees are never given any clear direction on how to do their jobs. Project deadlines are rarely met and clients are always complaining about the poor work that is delivered to them. The TouchCommerce executive team isn't interested in improving working conditions and morale continues to suffer amongst the employees.
TouchCommerce is probably the last place any skilled employee would ever want to work at. The company prides itself on treating its employees like second-class citizens and does not give them the opportunities to grow or further their careers.
Upper management and C-level execs are despicable and often show blatant disrepect to the employees. Salaries are below market average and bonuses/raises are non-existent. Benefits are awful and employees are forced to pay most medical/dental out of pocket.
Prospective employees should strongly consider working at many of the other rapidly growing companies in the LA area and stay far away from this one!
