A typical day for me is not knowing what will be a priority. I cater to many directors from clinical programs that don't always see eye to eye about what they need for each of their programs. Sometimes its a waiting game and or immediate changes need to take place. The hardest part about this any decision that's made kind of hinders other programs process flows.
A short meeting with my boss on all the projects that I am handling, it could be small changes to forms, troubleshooting the software with our SAAS, or everyday clean up in our SAAS behavior health software.
The enjoyable part for me I always learn something new. My boss is willing to share her knowledge base.
