High goals and productivity, but also high rewards for performance
Area Manager (Former Employee) –  Fort Worth, TXDecember 4, 2017
Touchstone was a great place to work and though the expectations are high, the rewards are also high. It is a family-like culture and allows leadership the flexibility to create their own success. It was the most fun job as a leader I've ever had and I am still an advocate for the level of quality and care there even though I am with another organization now.
Pros
Family/relational culture, goals met = rewards met, high productivity and excellence
Cons
Work-life balance is sometimes a challenge

Nothing good
Patient Service Representative (Former Employee) –  Denton, TXDecember 4, 2017
The management was horrible from the top down. The only thing I enjoyed was the patients and the techs. Most of the time it was like being in high school all over again.

Great Job but They're Cheap
Patient Service Representative (Former Employee) –  Denver, COOctober 26, 2017
The Denver sites are fun to work for. The sites are fast paced and demanding but your coworkers are normally kind. Upper management is slowly going down hill as they focus more and more on numbers and less on patient care. The biggest problem is that the company will not pay you a decent wage. Other wise, great to work for.
Pros
Friendly staff, exciting job.
Cons
Numbers > Patient Care, poor pay

Poisonous company to work for
Area Manager (Current Employee) –  Fort Worth, TXOctober 18, 2017
I was very involved in operations in this company and had the opportunity to see a great deal of unbelievably unethical things take place from the top down. Most of the mid to upper level managers are uneducated and insecure. They are full of false promises and do not care about the patients, or overall health of the company, they care only for themselves. There is no job security and the quality of work life is incredibly volitile. In short, on boarding with this company is career suicide. Practice illegal and unethical behaviors, which is part of the culture of the company. You will be taken advantage of and not appreciated.
Pros
Marketing team is solid
Cons
Operates like a catty high school clique where negative behavior is rewarded

Technologist cross trained (Current Employee) –  Pensacola, FLAugust 9, 2017
The center director does not communicate well and does not keep those informed who arent in her click. Center and regional director play favorites and assume gossip is true instead of asking that person. Pay is below average for the area.

Bonuses

Really enjoy working here. No complaints. Just looking for more hours, possibly including benefits. No big surprise, PRN's don't get benefits. The flexibility is great, but, a set schedule sounds pretty good about now.

Inexperienced unprofessional management
MRI/CT Technologist (Former Employee) –  Dallas-Fort Worth, TXJuly 17, 2017
All about numbers, they will overbook you. Management will get mad if you have to take time to clarify an order with the doctors office, god forbid you end up getting the order changed and have to get new auth from insurance. Never been anywhere where management will bad mouth employees in front of other employees regularly, found that kinda odd. As has been stated as nauseum in the reviews management is usually very inexperienced and over their head. If you don't have other options the pay is fine and it's regular hours, otherwise there's better stuff out there.
Pros
Lots of snacks and lunches, major holidays off
Cons
Rigid inexperienced management

Front desk (Former Employee) –  Fort Worth, Tx.June 20, 2017
This company is all about numbers. They will have patients wait up to 2 and 3 hours for the exam because they overbook to get as many as they can. You are very overworked and underpaid. Management is awful. They are very inexperienced, and are no help whatsoever when you go to them for help. They act like you are bothering them and are very rude if you need anything from them. Upper management is the worst. They will tell you what you want to hear, promise you bonuses and you never see any of it! My best advice I can give to anyone thinking about working for this company is to run as fast as you can the other way!!!

I love my job!
Multi modality Technologist (Current Employee) –  DFW, TXApril 30, 2017
Management cares about you. Opportunity for advancement. They invest in us and allow for cross-training. Expectations are clear yet not overwhelming. Patients are always put first (as it should be, we're healthcare providers) it's an environment and culture that fosters a work/ life balance! I'll never work anywhere else.
Pros
Management, team - focused, peers.
Cons
none.

Would not recommend to my worst enemy
Technologist (Former Employee) –  Grapevine, TXApril 18, 2017
Do NOT trust the management. You will receive nothing but good feedback, but the two faced management will turn on you on a dime. If you ask for feedback on how to improve, you will receive none. If you enjoy being blind sided after repeat attempts to get coaching from management, this is the place for you. Technologists and patients are nothing but a number.
Cons
Shady management, lack of communication and training

PSR - Patient Service Representative (Current Employee) –  Dallas, TXApril 7, 2017
Management doesn't have it together, the whole place seems unorganized and the women are too catty in front of the patients. Horrible place to work, they will promise you things to get you hired on and then will take it all back once you accept the offer.

Can be stressful but it is what you make of it
Patient Services Representative (Former Employee) –  Austin, TXJanuary 4, 2017
It's a busy environment and can be stressful at times with high call volumes. The job is very routine with certain protocols to follow but each patient case was different so it kept you on your toes. Management tries hard to increase employee moral with competitions and prizes for incentive. They do a good job at praising your hard work and encourage you to continue doing your best. They were always willing to help with any questions or problems I had. I learned a lot of different medical terminology and about medical imaging equipment. Co-workers were easy to get along with for the most part and encouraged each other to continue doing a good job. Some people in other departments, such as Medical Records, weren't very enthusiastic over the phone and didn't seem to want to do their jobs. Most of the Imaging Technicians were eager to help and gave good information. Full-time employees received good medical benefits and quarterly bonuses. We had a lot of putlucks as well.
Pros
Quarterly bonuses, many potlucks
Cons
Some coworkers hard to work with

Awful company to work for
Technologist (Former Employee) –  Lafayette, CONovember 9, 2016
This company doesn't care about their employees. They are all about numbers. You will work by yourself with no help and not get a lunch. The management has no idea what they are doing. They aren't supportive of their staff and create an unsafe environment for staff and patients. The managers are inexperienced, uneducated about imaging and unprofessional. The pay is awful and not worth the amount of work you do. This place is the Walmart of Imaging. Don't work here!

Technician (Current Employee) –  Dallas-Fort Worth, TXNovember 3, 2016
Technologists not so much. If you enjoy being directed by front office staff, and managed by the clinically ignorant this is the job for you! All about the exam count, try to explain how long an exam should take and they dont want to hear it. VERY frustrating for techs that care about patient care and compassion. Would not recommend this company to my worst enemy- STAY AWAY!.

Technologist (Former Employee) –  Dallas, TXOctober 19, 2016
Manager and team leaders are a joke. Don't care about employees just how and what employees can get done for them so when they have they're meeting they can say they're doing these numbers/studies. Will lie and mistreat people. Don't work here. Plus the pay and benefits are horrible.

Great Company with lots of potential for hard workers
PSR (Current Employee) –  DFW, TXOctober 1, 2016
I have honestly enjoyed working for the company for the past several years. I have had multiple opportunities for growth within the company. They put patients first and recognize those employees who go above and beyond in their job title multiple ways: bonus, promotions, and annual raises. I have seen firsthand how fast the company has grown and still with all the growth they remain employee and patient driven.
