Audience Development Manager (Former Employee), Midlothian, VA – March 27, 2015
Pros: Work Remotely, Vacation time
Cons: Dull, Mundane, Repetitive
A typical day at work would be adding activities to the client's YouTube channels, updating progress documents, keyword research and answering email requests as needed.
I learned that the job couldn't hold my attention very long, this is mainly because the work being done didn't come from a place of creativity, rather "standard practices". You are just a pawn as well as you position, you can be replaced at anytime they actually felt like doing so.
Co-workers were amazing, bright personalities, no drama.
The hardest part of the job was the repetitiveness and doing the same process over and over and over again.
