Pros: a lot to learn
Cons: management is not the best, the priorities they have are the wrong ones.
You work your hours, no extra hours, no flexible schedule unless you are a watchmaker. I learned everything about high end watches and also costumer service, this company really care about customers. My co-workers were really nice, but I was on the customer service department, on sales could be more competitive environment. The hardest part was the difficult customers when they are upset but once you find a solution and you have a happy customer, that's the best part of your day
