Poorly managed company that is about 10 years behind in the food industry.

The company owners are on site and are highly controlling of all aspects. They have no concern for quality of their products and are not willing to change practices and procedures to comply with current regulations. While there, I believe I witnessed activities that if not illegal, were certainly unethical.
The best part of the job was the other employees. They were a joy to work with and constantly made the best of a bad situation.
