I have worked there in the tool room for 5 years. I have experienced many things including the start-up of the meridian facility. Although I enjoy my job and what I do, I am not confident in the management and direction the plant is headed in.

The first day I worked, I was afraid that I wouldnt be able to work in a automotive plant. I feard of the heavy lifting, but it all worked out. My fellow co-workers made it possible for me. They showed me a lot of helpful tips.
