Towne Park was founded in 1988 in Annapolis, Maryland by Jerry South. After jockeying for a chance to run the Annapolis Hotel's (now the Loews Annapolis Hotel) parking service in 1987, Mr. South stumbled upon a business niche and literally ran with it.
Mr. South's entrepreneurial spirit and ingenious business sense have built Towne Park from one parking – more... operation in a small historical city to a nationwide hospitality services company. Through self-education, relationship-building, ingenuity and perseverance, Mr. South has forged a strong professional rapport and reputation within Towne Park's respective industries and has proven to be a strong, dynamic leader of a growing and ever-improving organization.
