Working as a collections representative a typical work day consists of reaching customers via automatic dialer with the goal to resolve delinquent accounts. Toyota is constantly changing to provide better service to customers, you will learn the Toyota way of doing things. Management is good there are many managers within Toyota, all have an open door policy and will assist in any way they can. My co-workers are fun, energetic and knowledgable they are always willing to lend a help hand especially to the hire hires. The hardest part of my job would be assisting difficult, irate uncompromising customers. The most enjoyable part of my job is the friendly, healthy competitive games that are played year round to collect and resolve accounts while having fun.
