A typical day includes answering calls, processing customer requests, explaining plans and benefits to members.

The management team was known for playing favorites. The more you got on the good side of your direct supervisor the more opertunities you were given even if you were not meeting all of your requirements.
My co-workers were AWESOME. I can honestly say that I had the best co-workers a woman could ever ask for. They didn't make you feel like you were just another person answering calls, but rather like a member of their family.
The hardest part of the job was having to tell loved ones of elderly folks that I couldn't help them help their loved ones due to privacy laws.
