Why was TrackerRMS developed
TrackerRMS was formed from the recognition that there were growing demands within the sales and recruitment sector for the integration of a variety of stand-alone systems providing various levels of specific functionality. Combined with a need to reduce the costs of IT infrastructure and improve the ability to track and analyse customer data, TrackerRMS formed under the name TrackerRMS in 2005.
Options for CRM software within the market were already available, but did not provide the desired level of end-user functionality that was required, nor did they serve to encompass other systems within one environment, but rather the “integration” was simply to communicate with other pre-existing pieces of software.
TrackerRMS was therefore developed by experts within the sales, projects, delivery and recruitment sector, in combination with programmers who were equally knowledgable in working on the latest cloud-based platforms to develop bespoke software solutions.
Over time, our initial clients, who had various relationships with key personnel in other industries came to us to tailor our software to meet the needs of other markets. Based on their requirements as well as bringing in additional expertise to the TrackerRMS team, we have been able to expand our services into providing feature-rich solutions to meet the needs of all sales professionals, those involved in the delivery of projects, support and helpdesk personnel and Recruiters whether in agencies or consultancies.
