We build large complexes (15 to 75 multifamily buildings) that would typically be sold to one large company, and sell them building-by-building to individual investors. Each building is priced to fit into a diversified investment portfolio. We sell to some individuals who buy buildings in each new development and others buy one building. Most of our investors purchase from out-of-state and our transaction process is set up to handle that with ease.
All Trada projects are sold in pre-construction, meaning that at the time you make a deposit, Trada will be in development on your building. From the time you make a deposit to the time you have a completed building ready to rent you will have no mortgage payments or related expenses. Your building will continue gaining equity without any additional effort or expense. Once your building is constructed, our property management company can begin to locate renters for your units.
Trada developments are built using quality construction with lifestyle habits in mind. Our complexes generally contain between 15 and 75 multifamily buildings with value-added amenities such as a central clubhouse, swimming pool and beautifully landscaped common areas. Each development is managed by a property owners association that will help maintain the value of your property. Exterior decor and quality standards are strictly enforced. Buying real estate through Trada is easy. Our Investor Relations team will remain your single point of contact through the entire purchase process. Once we receive your deposit, we will introduce you to one of our trusted lenders and walk you through the escrow and title process. During construction we will send you monthly updates with pictures and information on the status of your building, the entire complex and growth and development of the surrounding area. At that time Trada Properties, our property management company can lease your units and manage daily affairs associated with your rental. Trada service does not end with the sale. We provide ongoing support and information on warranty issues, property management and additional information on growth of the market and area.
