Manage and coordinate activities and assist clients with account issues, such as brokerage billing, equity, and futures trades, along with documenting and sending clients account paperwork and forms
Collaborate with clients to understand the past and present trades included in their account
Utilize CRM, RJ O’Brien, Phase 3, and Trade Station platform software and programs
Facilitate the opening and closing of brokerage accounts for clients
