Senior Manager, IT, Boston, MA - February 9, 2015
The office has many younger professionals who tend to take their work seriously. They are a fun and spirited group. The upper management tends to be disconnected with the ground level employees. Not enough communication comes form the heads as to the company's direction and goals. The heads do know the business well and seem to have a grasp of business direction. The company is struggling with becoming a larger organization and not all departments are aligned.
