paint prep (Former Employee) – ND – September 11, 2015
the job was ok too much ppl drama not enough advancement 2 steps forwors 10 steps back you start on one thing an then your forced to bounce around like a ping pong ball to fill in where needed you never get enough time in one thing to learn enough to do the job properly an the skill block program is a joke because you have to do that job 100 percent to get the skill block to get a raise well if they bounce you around you cant learn the job well enough to earn the skill block
i got a little more job experiance to take to another company an preform bettert
