We seek an independent and experienced pro to cultivate the Ohio market. Your existing connections and ability to call on Presidents and CEO's is critical to our joint success. We target mid to large size companies and associations in need of:
1. A centralize training management software solution.
2. Custom and pre-packaged training.
We invest a lot of time and effort into training and have a high expectation of performance. In return we offer a lucrative incentive based compensation plan which includes both upfront and reoccurring commissions.
If you meet minimal goals you will earn $40,000 however our expectations will be that you attain sales resulting in earnings of $75,000 by the end of year two and $120,000 by year three.
Desired Skills & Experience:
Here are the key qualifications and history which will lay the foundation of success:
1. -Solid documented history of successful incentive based sales.
2. -Successful at setting up meetings with Presidents and CEO's and top level managers with businesses having 50 - 10,000 employees however 200-1,000 is the targeted number.
3. -Have sales experience in software, e- learning and/or corporate training.
4. -Have existing relationships with companies and well networked with C - level executives in your area.
5. -Are financially established to support a 3 -6 month initial start-up time while you build a sales pipeline and learn the product.
We are a well-established technology and e-learning/training company calling on medium to large size businesses. Our clients enjoy ongoing service and support from our web based training management system and custom developed on-line courses. We support business in areas of HR, certification, compliance, employee orientation, new product launch, continuing education and business skills covering all topics.
This is a full time position. We offer a draw of $1,500K / month against realistic commission structure which will have you earning $4,000 per month by by the end of your first year.
