  Don't use this recruiter if you don't want your current company to get a hold of your resume. They batch out resumes to any employer including your current. They when you call the owner Barbara Anderson she claims they do this all the time and her associate gets a little slap on the hand for possibly making your current employer aware that your resume is on the street. They have a reputation of batching your resumes without calling to even discuss any opportunity with you. Take yourslf out of their database before it happens to you.

  How unethical is it for an agency not only to submit a resume without permission, but also to send it to your current employer? This is a standard policy at Tradon. Seems to me that it is not only completely unethical but also completely stupid.
