This place really cared for their employees. There were safety luncheons every month and employee raffles for sports tickets. The co-workers were like family. Enjoy how we kept busy making the work day go by fast.
Performed all task associated with turnkey project management of replacing chillers, water towers, air handlers. General contracting also associated with these jobs. Handled all the financials and reporting, forecasting and meeting customer needs according to contracts. Took numerous online courses pertaining to project management. Enjoyed working with contractors. Hardest part of job was unreasonable customers wanting more than the contract scope without change orders.

I worked there for two years, got a good severance package when I was laid off. The work was good, the pay was definitely good, and the benefits were great. The biggest problem the place had was way too much management. There were so many managers, they ran out of places to put them! The outsource event was pretty sudden and affected more than 200 employees.
