The company demands a lot of time and effort from you.
The management is inconsistent.
There is a lot of potential for TLX to be successful.

Pros: pay
Cons: layoff
The pay is great and management is great. You have to put in the hours but its well worth it. You stay busy all day long.

12 hour shifts
quotas in parking cars
the management only cares about making the quotas and you are expendable
the co-workers are nice but seniority rules
the hardest part of the job is staying on the job
the most enjoyablething about the job is driving the new ford cars
