Qualified candidates will have 12 -- 24 months experience as a Desktop Support Technician. Experience should include accurately logging calls in CRM systems, managing tickets and escalation procedures. Experience troubleshooting Hardware and Software with a working knowledge of all Microsoft Windows Operating Systems & Basic Networking.

Bilingual Spanish/English
24/7 Operation -- Shifts may vary with some weekends and holidays.

A criminal background check must be passed for this position.
