verryPROFESSIONAL TRUCK DRIVER, Laredo, TX - May 13, 2015
most loads run from laredo to Mi, Oh, In, Il, and 90% of the time loads run back to laredo or eagle pass. no forced dispatch and can take as much time off as you need. managers wont push new equipment. every load that runs through dallas must stop to get inspected. Dallas terminal is probably the worst part of the job. They have some loads that nobody wants and try to push you to take them or sit you until somebody finally takes the load. And the other big issue with the company is that if they don't have any loads they will have you wait a day or two and only pay 25 dollars for layover. its common to be stuck at least once a week somewhere waiting on a load. But managers don't push or bother you. they are hiring many international drivers and have them make the easy loads (drop and hook) but it doesn't affect much.
